Contact us with your plan or device details
Orders and installation questions go through WhatsApp. Tell apollogrouptvpro what you want to do, with a purchase reference or device model where relevant.
A new subscription order
Canadian-page prices are in US dollars (USD), not Canadian dollars. Select your screens and paid period, then send the checked order summary on WhatsApp. Include your device model for setup help.
A question about installation
Include the player name, device model and setup step. Copy any on-screen message exactly and cover access credentials or payment information in screenshots.
An existing purchase
Use your original order conversation when possible. Add the purchase date and reference, and explain whether you need setup help, a new term or a refund.
